Phyllis Imojean Weeks (Imy Bolyard) 92 of Ormond Beach, FL passed away on Thursday January 5, 2023 surrounded by family. She was born on May 18, 1930 in Booth, WV to the late Jay Wade and Ilene Carder Bolyard.

Imy retired from the C&P Telephone Co. in Oakland, MD after 25 years of service. She also worked as a medication aid at the Cuppett and Weeks nursing home for several years before moving to Florida. She belonged to the Professional Business Womans Assoc and the Pioneers Volunteer Network.

Imy is survived by her daughter June & husband Roger Savage of Ormond Beach, FL, sons Kim & wife Linda Weeks of Daytona Beach, FL, Tracy & wife Susan Weeks of Falling Waters, WV, sister Edith Dagorn of South Daytona, FL, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren with one expected in July 2023, and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years Robert O. Weeks, son Gary Wayne Sell, 3 sisters, and 1 brother.

Per her wishes she will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
