Phyllis Stephenson was born in Perth Amboy, NJ. She attended college and became a registered nurse and worked in her career at hospitals as well as insurance companies. She retired 10 years ago. Phyllis was a resident of Ormond Beach, Florida, having moved from Florida to Minnesota 20 years ago. She is survived by her daughter Jacquelin Mattina, who resides in Ormond Beach, Florida. She was kind and passionate. She enjoyed crocheting, as well as baking and cooking for her daughter and friends. She had 2 of her cookbooks published. She will be forever missed.
