Obituary

Phillip J. Klenk 94 of Port Orange FL was called to his heavenly home January 18 2010. A funeral service will be conducted graveside on Thursday February 4th at 3:00 p.m. at Daytona Memorial Park 1425 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach FL. Family and friends are invited to join in the remembrance of Phil's life following the service at "The Riverside Pavilion" located at 3431 S. Ridgewood Avenue in Port Orange. Phillip Jacob Klenk was born on November 23 1915 in Johnstown Pennsylvania. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army at a young age. Shortly after returning from the service he relocated to Michigan where he met and married his wife of over 70 years Vivian Louise Sieloff. They owned and operated several motels in Michigan and Florida for many years before Phillip went to work for General Electric as a machinist and a painter until he retired in 1973. Following his retirement Phillip and Vivian dedicated their lives to traveling and ministering the Word of God throughout the world. He touched many lives and will be remembered as having a tremendous work ethic and a quick sense of humor. He is preceded in death by his twin brother John older brother Edward and nephew Dan. He is survived by his wife Vivian Klenk his son Robert Klenk and daughter-in-law Helen of Port Orange son Ronald Klenk of Daytona Beach and son Kenneth Klenk and daughter-in-law Deborah of Port Orange; daughter Lorraine Brackett of Summertown TN; sisters Barbara Basehore of St. Clair Shores MI and Pat Reszevski of Clinton Top MI; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren 1 niece and 5 nephews.
