A memorial service for Philip Pulliam 54 who passed away on Thursday January 17 2008 at his residence following an extended battle with cancer will be held Saturday January 26 2008 at 12:30pm at First United Methodist Church of Ormond Beach 336 S. Halifax Ave. Ormond Beach with inurnment to follow at Volusia Memorial Park. Philip served as the Clerk's Director of Finance for six years before being named Chief Deputy Clerk of Court Administrative Services in 2005. He loved his family being in the service of the people and offshore fishing. Survivors include his wife Cathy Pulliam of Ormond Beach; his daughter Kacey Betau and her husband Jeffrey also of Ormond Beach; his three grandchildren: Sara Ryan & Noah and his brother Maurice Pulliam of Orlando.
