Philip Dorf 86 of Ormond Beach passed away on March 1 2011. He was born in Lawrence NY to the late Bernard & Fannie Dorf on July 19 1924. A private memorial service to honor Philip will be held by the family at a later time. Philip spent most of his life in Linden NJ & relocated to Florida in 2003. He served his country during WWII as a Radio Operator Mechanic and later worked as a real estate broker in NJ. Philip was an avid tennis player & enjoyed reading. He was a devoted husband dad & grandfather. Philip is preceded in death by his loving wife Doris of 55 years and his brother Fred Dorf & sister Ethel Miller. Left to cherish his memory is his brother David Bernard of Broadalbin NY; daughter Patricia Dorf of Ormond Beach FL; stepson William Smith of Dallas GA; and 5 Grandchildren & 4 Great-Grandchildren.
