Obituary
The service of Mr. Phat T Le is entrusted to Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, 386-673-1100. A Visitation will be held on January 3rd, 2024 from 5-8 PM in the Lohman Funeral Home Ormond Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on January 4th, 2024 at 10 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 600 S Nova Rd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Cremation to follow.
