Funeral service for Peggy Wing 74 of Ormond Beach who died Friday September 23rd at home will be held at 5 p.m. on Wednesday September 28th in the chapel at Lohman Ormond Funeral Home 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach with Father Tim Daly presiding. Calling hours are from 3 p.m. until service time. Mrs. Wing was born in Marlborough MA but raised her family in Hollywood FL. She moved to Ormond Beach with her husband in 1990 to be closer to their grandchildren. Mrs. Wing devoted her life to the love and care of her family. Her greatest joy was being involved in the daily lives of her husband daughters and grandsons. She also enjoyed the beach her pool all creatures great and small and RV camping with the Volusia Coasters RV Club Chapter 342. She is preceded in death by their son Robert Everett Wing. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 50 years Everett G. Wing her daughters Sandi Makowski and Debi Gutierrez and their husbands Dr. Michael Makowski and Doug Gutierrez all of Ormond Beach. She is also survived by her grandsons Jim and Tom Makowski who were her pride and joy.
