Peggy J Vacula of Deltona passed away December 1, 2013. She was born on March 5, 1931 in Rhodell, West Virginia to Paris W and Alda M Belcher. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband's Robert McKinney and Joseph Vacula. She is survived by her children Linda (Ed) Lilley, Robert McKinney and Ronald (Rita) McKinney; grandchildren James Lilley, Jamie (Lance) Stranton, Heather McKinney, Brian (Tracy) McKinney and Michelle (Ryan) Horsley; great grandchildren Joshua and Jordan Lilley, Taylor and Haylie Stranton, Samantha McKinney and Evan Horsley.
