Peggy Thomason-Mang 76 of Holly Hill FL passed away peacefully at Bishop's Glen on July 29 2012. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday August 2nd at 10 am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church 600 Nova Rd. Ormond Beach with interment to follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Visitation for Peggy will be held on Wednesday August 1st at Lohman Funeral Home 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach between the hours of 5-7 pm.

Peggy was a homemaker a retired hairdresser and the crafts department manager at Walmart. She and her husband relocated to Volusia County in 1990 from Granite City Illinois. She was a talented seamstress enjoyed traveling taking trips to Biloxi and celebrating Christmas with family and friends. She will be remembered as a loving caring mother someone with a big heart who always put other's needs in front of hers.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 31 years Samuel "Sam" Mang of Holly Hill her daughters Becky (Bill) Laughlin Ormond Beach Debra (Shawn) Van Lancker Ocean Springs Mississippi and Suzanne (John) Hyder Aiken S. Carolina her son Ewing "Scott" Thomason Ormond Beach her step-children Donald (Connie) Mang Glen Carbon Illinois and Phillip Mang Orange Park Florida also by four grandchildren Sean Laughlin Kassie (Jason) Bonamo Christopher Hyder and Zachary Van Lancker as well as step-grandchildren Gina Michael Mang Angie Mang and Mary Mang by her great-grandchild Kason Bonamo and her step-great-grandchild Cooper.
