Pearl J. Vizthum 89 a resident of Port Orange passed away on January 23 2013 with her family at her side.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday January 27 2013 at the First Baptist Church of South Daytona 2197 Kenilworth Avenue South Daytona with a service beginning at 2pm the family will receive guests one hour prior.

Pearl was born in Hoboken GA to Jessie and Edna Altman Lee on October 11 1923.
Before moving to Port Orange in 1993 she lived in Key West where her husband retired from the Navy. She loved to bowl and work on ceramics. She was a stay at home mom raising 3 daughters. Family cruises were her favorite vacations. She was a faithful devoted Military and Christian wife living in many different places.

She is survived by her loving daughters Margarette (Paul) Girvin of Port Orange; Janice (John) Rising of Port Orange; and Betty Jo Giem of Lake Mary; brothers Anthony Lee of Jacksonville James Lee of Altamonte Springs and Gwendell Lee of Nahunta GA; grandchildren Tammy (Brian) McGovern of Port Orange; Debbie (Steve) Campana of Ormond Beach; Dawna (Ben) O'Brien of Daytona Beach; Jason Giem of Lake Mary; Andrew Rising of Port Orange; great grandchildren Coty Porter Cole and Austin Campana and Madison and Macy McGovern extended grandson Billy Parker; three step-grandchildren; nine step-great grandchildren and seven step-great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents beloved husband of 65 years Fredrick H. Vizthum Jr. and grandson J. R. Hardeman of Daytona Beach.
