Pearl Joan Moyer, 64, of Deland, Florida passed away December 22, 2023 after a battle with cancer. She was born on March 4, 1959 in Presque Isle, Maine to Milford and Bessy (née McEachern) Carmichael.

She is survived by her husband Kenneth Ray Moyer; her daughters, Tara Giggey and Loni Nash; her grandchildren Faith Giggey, James Davis, Ethan Olsen, Kaitlyn Olsen, Kora Olsen, Hope Giggey, and Macci Olsen; her siblings, Annette Keenan, Norma Sharp, and Marshall Carmichael; and her many nieces and nephews. She has gained her wings and joined her sons, Terry (TJ) Giggey and Shane Giggey at the pearly gates.

Pearl was known for being a loving and caring person. Using these natural skills, she built a career in nursing, where she helped those in need for more than 30 years. In 1992, she relocated to Florida, where she enjoyed spending time at the beach or river. She was devoted to her family, who she enjoyed spending time with at theme parks. She loved a good cookout, and enjoyed her coffee.

A visitation for Pearl will take place on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm, the funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm.
