A celebration of life for Paul Strickland 57 who passed away on Tuesday February 12 2008 with his wife and children by his side will be held at 11:00am Saturday February 16 2008 at the Emmanuel Church of the Living God 54 S. Ridgewood Avenue Ormond Beach FL. The family will receive friends on Friday February 15 2008 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home-Ormond 733 W. Granada Blvd Ormond Beach FL. Paul was a wonderful & devoted husband precious father grandfather and mighty Man of God. He was a great friend to all who knew him. He was born in Birmingham AL but lived in Florida most of his life. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Ministry from Andersonville Seminary. He was an Army Veteran. Before his illness he was a Pastor at Strong Tower Christian Fellowship Church for 16 years. He has been in the ministry and licensed with the Church of God of Prophecy for over 30 years. Survivors include his wife of 39 years Linda Strickland; his son Jason Strickland & his wife Jamie; his daughter Lisa Efrid & her husband Kevin; and his two grandsons Jarred Efrid and Jordan Strickland.
