Funeral Mass for Paul Joseph Sabourin age 76 of Port Orange will be held at 11 am on Friday April 22 2005 in Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with Fr. Phil Egitto officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm on Thursday April 21 at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home with a vigil service to be held at 7 pm.

Mr. Sabourin was born in Tupper Lake N.Y. on March 22 1929 to Alfred and Olivine Sabourin. He moved to the Port Orange area in 1978 from New Jersey. Over the years Paul has been involved with Kiwanis the Boy Scouts of America and the Volunteer Fire Department. Most recently Paul worked for the Daytona Beach Ocean Center and enjoyed working with the many friendly faces and meeting some celebrities.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 55 years Shirley Sabourin; 3 sons 4 daughters and 11 grandchildren Ron Sabourin Darlene and Megan & Brielle of Colchester VT Brenda Sabourin of Port Orange FL Kathy Flores John and Jennifer & Joshua of Augusta NJ Gail Boudreau Rick and Adam & Alicia of Daytona Beach Sharon Depuy and Kyle Tyler & Sawyer of Branchville NJ Paul Sabourin Bob of Tampa FL Jeff Sabourin Gina and Brock & newborn Chase. He is also survived by 3 sisters Rita Claire & Theresa and 4 brothers Alderic Leonel Leon & Edgar and many nieces & nephews.
