Paul Edward Lockeby 55 of Port Orange formerly of Holly Hill passed away on Fri day January 30 2009. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday February 6 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Baggett & Summers Funeral Home 736 S. Beach Street Daytona Beach
FL. Paul was born in Daytona Beach on April 17 1953 to Kyle E. and Mary Helen (Paul) Lockeby. He attended Florida Air Academy and the University of South Florida. Paul was the owner of H.S.I. Copy Systems in Daytona Beach. He was past-president of both the Holly Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Holly Hill Rotary International. He was also a past City Commissioner of Holly Hill. Mary Helen Paul Lockeby and his sister Donna Lockeby. Survivors include his father Kyle E. Lockeby Jr. of Daytona Beach; son Daniel Paul (Michelle) Lockeby of Palm Coast; daughter Megan Lockeby of Daytona Beach; two sisters Mary (Doug)Horn of Deltona and Klayre Hamm of Deltona. Also his uncle Daniel P. Paul of Miami; and
nieces Donna Tamara and Laura; along with numerous other family members. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Paul's memory to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 2680 N.
