Born in the Bronx NY to Paul L. & Pamela Hughes on September 6 1966 Paul was a former police officer with the 47th Precinct for the City of New York and moved to the area in 1999. Paul was a devoted father and was cherished by his family. Survivors include his son Paul C. Jr of Palm Coast FL; his parents Paul L. & Pamela Hughes of Hardy VA; his brother Derrick of Hardy VA; his sisters: Cynthia Bannon of Marietta GA & Elizabeth Hughes of Mahopac NY along with numerous aunts uncles cousins nieces and nephews.
