Paul Joseph Charest 78 left his loved ones to meet his maker on December 10 2010 with his wife by his side at Halifax Hospital in Port Orange Florida

A Funeral Service will take place on Monday December 20 2010 at 11 a.m. at The Church of The Epiphany 201 Lafayette Street Port Orange. A Memorial Service will take place in Londonderry New Hampshire in the spring.

Paul was born in Manchester NH on November 7 1932 to Rose and Henri Charest. He leaves two brother Bruno Charest (wife: Betty Jenkins Charest) of Londonderry and Richard Charest (wife: Sandy) of Riverside California and his sister Denise Charest a sister of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Manchester.

Paul attended St. Joseph High School St. Anselm College American College in Louvain Belgium and Rivier College in Nashua NH. Paul received a Master's Degree during his lifetime. He was a dedicated teacher and counselor for 39 years at Nashua High School until his retirement.

He was an avid reader and collector of books and other interests included playing the piano and using his computer. He was a faithful donor to the Diocese of Manchester for the education of the formation of Priests.

Paul is survived by his wife Charlotte Charest; siblings Bruno Richard and Denise and Brother-in-law and sister-in-law Art and Dycke of Palm Coast Florida and his beloved nieces nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Rose and Henri and his sister Jeannine and her husband Roger.
