Funeral Services for Paul Newell Brush age 81 suffered a long illness and passed away on Thursday November 30 2006 at Halifax Medical Center Daytona Beach will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday December 5 2006 at First United Methodist Church Port Orange with Pastor Kim Joyner officiating. Family will receive friends Monday December 4th at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Interment will follow the church service at Daytona Memorial Park.

Paul the son of deceased George and Adelle Brush of Boonton New Jersey was born on February 18 1925. He graduated from Boonton High School Boonton NJ and served three years in the Marines during WWII in Japan and on Iwo Jima. Paul was a contract administrator and raised his family in Butler NJ. He and his wife retired early and traveled three years before settling in Port Orange FL. They visited 49 of the 50 states including an Alaskan cruise and a cruise through the Panama Canal.

Paul his survived by his loving wife of 57 years Elizabeth his two daughters Linda Lang and Joy Brush both of Port Orange FL two sons Paul N. Brush of Chestnut Hill Township PA and John M. Brush of West Valley City Utah his brother George W. Brush nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
