Patti Jo Wiper, 58, of Lake Helen, Florida passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016. She was born on November 22, 1957 in Rochester, PA to Charles and Betty Pletcher. She was a profession artist that specialized in pencil work, photography and watercolor. She was a member of the ASPCA, Disable Veterans Association and volunteered with several animal rescue groups around Florida. She enjoyed traveling, collecting antique china and spending time with friends and family. She had a huge heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. She is survived by her father Charles Pletcher and sisters Judy Kuzma and Cindi Collins of New Brighton, PA; brother Roger Cramer of Channelview, TX; daughter Angela Wiper of Myrtle Beach, SC; son Jimmy Wiper of Deland, FL and three loving grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother Betty Jean Pletcher.
