Patricia Gail Wiegand

Patricia Gail Wiegand, 84, of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy as colorful and energetic as the Christmas trees she so joyfully decorated each year.

Born in Springfield, Ohio, on September 16, 1940, Patricia moved to Miami at the age of 16 and proudly became part of the very first graduating class of Hialeah High School. With a sharp mind and a strong work ethic, she carved out a distinguished career as an executive secretary—first with Pepsi-Cola and later with Pan Am Airlines, during the golden era of aviation in Miami.

In time, Patricia returned to her Ohio roots, settling in Mechanicsburg with her beloved son David and her parents. She joined the Honda Corporation in Marysville, where she worked for over 15 years in the paint department, once again excelling as an executive secretary.

After retiring from Honda, Patricia embarked on a second career in real estate, moving to Ormond Beach, Florida, to be near her son. For over two decades, she thrived as a Realtor with Watson Realty, bringing her signature energy, determination, and flair to every transaction.

Patricia was known for her boundless spirit—she kept everyone on their toes. She adored kitty cats, the color green, and a good scoop of ice cream on a sunny day. Her love for Christmas was legendary, with not one but many Christmas trees gracing her home each year, each one a sparkling reflection of her festive heart.

Patricia will be remembered for her vibrant personality, her love for family, and the cheerful joy she brought into every room she entered.

She is survived by her devoted son, David Wiegand, daughter-in-law Molly Wiegand, and cherished granddaughter Jessica Silver, along with many friends, neighbors, and colleagues who will miss her dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM on Sunday, June 29th, 2025 at Lohman Funeral Home Ormond, 733 W Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Please join following the service for a Dessert Reception to enjoy some of Pat's favorite treats. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's memory to a local cat rescue or animal shelter of your choice—she would have loved that.
