Patricia "Patti" Culeton-Krempecki, 59, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away February 28, 2017. Patti was born November 27, 1957 in New York City, NY. She was later raised in Port Reading, NJ.
Patti became a LPN in 2005. This was a career she truly enjoyed. She cared for patients up to a few days before her own passing. Patti was the definition of a Nurse.

She loved Bingo and playing games on her computer for fun. Her true passion was her children and grandchildren.

Patti will be sadly missed by her mother Audrey M. Valentine, by her brother John Culeton, by her children: Tara, Jason, Michael, Timothy, and Andrew, and by grandchildren. She leaves behind many dear friends and colleagues. Patti was preceded in death by her father William T Culeton, Sr. and by her brother William T. Culeton, Jr.

Two Visitations and a Prayer Vigil will be held Monday, March 6, 2017 at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast. Visitation is from 12pm-3pm with Prayer Vigil at 2:30pm by Deacon Mike from Santa Maria del Mar Catholic Church. Evening visitation is from 6pm-9pm.
