KING, Patricia Jean

February 14, 1932 ~ October 20, 2021

Patricia Jean (Whedbee) King was born on February 14, 1932 in Knoxville, TN and  she went home to be with the Lord  on October 20, 2021 and was reunited with her dear husband, Clyde King, who passed 17 years ago.  Patsy, as she was known, was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great- great-grandmother.  In 1991, Patsy, along with her daughter, Phyllis Hutson, Co-founded "Heavenly Cheesecakes and Chocolates".  Patsy was a righteous woman who loved the Lord with all of her heart.

Patsy was preceded in death by her grandson, First Lt. Caleb King (Victoria).

Patsy is survived by her brother, Billy Joe Whedbee; her four children, Linda Dittman (Richard), Robert King (Diane), Phyllis Hutson (Gordon), Darrell King (Robin); seven grandchildren, Troy Dittman (Shelby), Jason Dittman (Chayil), Christopher King (Amy), Melissa Butler (Rodney), Travis Hutson, Dawn Marie King, Joshua King; eighteen great-grandchildren,  Kasey, Kye , Nicole, Rebecca, Wade, Jackson, Jia, Jaylon, Johanna, Josh, Moriah, Cooper, Macey,  Caleb Nathaniel, Jasmine, Leanna, Jaden and Rain; and three great-great grandchildren, Cohen, Ryleigh and Veronica.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday October 26, 2021 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm with the Funeral Service being held at 1:00pm also on Tuesday October 26, 2021 all in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona.  Burial will immediately follow in Daytona Memorial Park, 1425 Bellevue Avenue.
