Patricia Y. Eagle 72 of New Smyrna FL passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 7 2009. Patricia was born December 31 1936 in Widen WV. During the late 1950's she moved to Ohio with her then husband and High School sweetheart Clayton R. Eagle who passed away in 1986. In 1991 she relocated to New Smyrna Beach and became a member and 2-time Senior Regent representing Women of the Moose Lodge #1835 in Edgewater where she made many friends. In addition she was a member of the Elks Lodge and Fraternal order of Eagles as well as a proud member of Edgewater Union Church. She had a love for dancing and found few things more beautiful than riding on the back of a Harley Davidson through the Blue Ridge Mountains. She will be remembered for her incredible strength caring nature and the pride and love she had for her family. Left to cherish the memories of their time together are her Sons Eric Eagle of Charleston WV Gregory Eagle and wife Kay of Oak Hill FL Clayton Eagle and wife Goldie of Edgewater FL; Daughter Kathryn Mitchell and husband Stephen of Barberton OH; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Patricia will be missed by her family who will keep her in their hearts and thoughts forever. She was pre-deceased by her two brothers James and Earl and two sisters Susan and Mildred. A Memorial Service will be held at Edgewater New Smyrna Cemetery 700 S. Ridgewood Avenue on July 20th at 11:00am. A reception will follow at the Edgewater Moose Lodge #1835 located at 2335 S. Ridgewood Avenue Edgewater.
