Patricia was born in Bluefield West Virginia to Robert Sr. and Ann Gilmer and was a dedicated member of the Cincinnati Street Kingdom Hall Jehovah Witnesses. This classy intuitive beauty was a talented artist who could create striking images of animals and nature. She is survived by her husband of nearly 20 years; Thomas Cuthbertson a brother Robert Gilmer Jr. a sister; Judith Taylor and a loving extended family.
