Ossie Mae Johnson age 84 Holly Hill went to her heavenly reward on Monday July 6 2009. A homegoing service in her honor will be held Saturday July 11 2009 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church 1125 Graham Ave. Holly Hill FL with Pastor Rev. Michael E. Mitchell Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Friday July 10 5-7 p.m. at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home. Ossie Mae was born in Pittsburgh PA. She dedicated her life as a devoted homemaker wife mother grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a proud member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church The Eastern Star Mary's Chapter Number 187 and the Progressive Pallbearers' Lodge 154. She will best be remembered as a direct loving woman who celebrated each day and blessed us all with her inspirational love of life and selfless sharing of every blessing with those around her. She enjoyed gardening cooking and spending time with her family. Ossie leaves behind her devoted husband of 65 years Eligah Johnson; five children Lorene Miller Charlie (Jessie) Johnson Willie James (Anna Laura) Johnson Sara ""Rosa"" Dixon and Eligah Johnson Jr.; 16 grand-children LaRosa Toni Charles Angel Cynthia Sonya Willie Darren Eric Roxanne Michael Roslynn Tasha Tanisha Elisha and Karen; 40 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; a brother William Oliver; a sister Hattie Lee Gadson; and a great many more family and friends.
