Norman Rochford II age 94 of Holly Hill went home to be with our Lord on Saturday July 4 2009. A visitation at 10:00 AM followed by a homegoing service in his honor at 12:00 will be held Saturday July 11 2009 at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home his children will officiate. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park

Mr. Rochford was born to Norman and Una Rochford in 1914. He dedicated his talents working for the Transit Authority in New York City NY. Norman was a member of a rare breed; a gentleman to the fullest degree intelligent kind and soft spoken with a "smile" that would light up a room. He was a devoted husband father and grandfather as well as an avid sports enthusiast. He spent a great deal of time dedicated to our Lord and he shared all his attributes with his children- mostly that big smile. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his beloved wife Elfreida Rochford 5 children; Pastor Ronald (Loretta) Rochford Pastor Robert (Lois) Rochford Pastor Milton (Karen) Rochford Marilyn (Donald) Havens and Lovonne Burno 39 grand children 3 siblings; George Laura and Delmar Rochford and many more loving family and friends. His parents 2 brothers and 2 sons; Terrell Rochford and Pastor Norman Rochford III preceded him in death. Arrangements are under the careful direction of Lohman Funeral Home Daytona Beach.
