Norma Tabeling age 84 of Daytona Beach Shores passed away on Friday May 6 2011. All those who knew her and loved her will miss her greatly.
Norma was born February 6 1927 in Live Oak Florida to the late A. C. and Nell Laslie. Norma resided in Jacksonville Florida from 1945 to 1997. She enjoyed her job as the medical receptionist for Dr. Yank Coble for over 20 years. She moved to Daytona Beach Shores in 1997 where she delighted in the sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and the sunsets on the Intercoastal Waterway.
Norma was known by all her peers as a lady of elegance and poise. She was an awesome homemaker for George who was the love of her life. She was vivacious and incredibly active and loved travel dancing shoppping and walking on the beach. She was very talented at home decorating floral arranging and pursued learning new things like playing the organ.
Norma leaves an amazing legacy to be cherished by her loving and devoted husband of almost 60 years George Tabeling her daughter Terri Kottemann her son Richard Tabeling (wife Kim) three adoring grandchildren Kaci Taylor and Austin along with many dear friends and neighbors who will always hold Norma close to their hearts.
