Norma F Johnson Deweerdt loved being with people and people loved being with her.  She was born and raised in Vancouver,Washington. Her adventuresome spirit took her across the country to the east coast where she lived, loved and worked.  When she retired from her career as the business manager for a mental health clinic on Long Island,  NY, she and her husband set sail, literally, for some of their greatest adventures. Finally dropping anchor at Marineland of Florida where she and her late husband, Les, fell into step with a madcap group of boaters.  Her later years were spent in Bunnell, Florida.

Survived by daughter, Kathryn (Kassie) Wynveen niece Jennifer De Mooey;  nephews Clay and Devan Johnson; Step daughter Deb Monte; her grandchildren and great grandchildren & best friend, Pamela Leonard. Preceeded in death by husband Les Deweerdt; brother Ralph Johnson;.stepson. Lee Deweerdt
