Obituary

Norma Allen Camputaro, went to be with the Lord November 25, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL. Norma was born February 8, 1941 in Memphis, TN. She is survived by her husband Richard Camputaro, daughters Julie Young (Phillip), Laura Quinones (Mark), son David Elliott (Tricia), step-son Richard (Stephanie) Camputaro; grandsons Michael Ryan Hayman, Hunter Hayman, Miles S. Camputaro; granddaughters Hannah Ross, Zoe Elliott, Mia Elliott, Tiffany Camputaro. She attended the University of Florida and was a true Gator Fan. She moved to Ormond Beach in 1978 and worked at Hawaiian Tropic as well as Ormond Re Group in Administrative support roles prior to her retirement. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, it was her heart. Norma loved entertaining at her home especially during the holidays, cooking up a storm and making sure everyone had their special desserts. She was kind, loving and full of grace – a true Southern Lady. Norma also loved her Corgi's Susie and Daisy, always her constant companions. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A celebration of Norma's life will be held at 3:30 pm Thursday, Dec. 1st at Tomoka Christian Church, 1450 Hand Ave, Ormond Beach, FL 32174. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the local foster care organization, Neighbor to Family 122 S. Segrave St., Suite 120, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 .
