Noel "Buzz/Chief" Fortin 63 passed away August 25 2012. A memorial service in his honor will be held on August 29 2012 at 2:00 P.M at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona 1423 Bellevue Ave Daytona Beach FL 32114. Noel's family will receive guests one hour prior to the service. Noel was considered a storyteller and jokester. Born in Sault Ste Marie Michigan in 1949 proud veteran of the United States Army and served during the Vietnam Conflict. Noel was a member of the VFW Post #1590. Noel loved to go boating and spend time near the ocean. He was the beloved husband of Mary Fortin for 12 years. Loving father of Tracy Mongene Brooke Westbrook and Kristen Mongene. Caring brother of Aurelia Vivian Laurelee Eileen Butch Sandy Stephen E.J. Denise Rocque and Carla. Noel also leaves behind five grandchildren.
