Nilda Rodriguez, maiden name Rivera moved to her forever home in Heaven on March 5, 2026. Nilda was born in Lares, PR on July 31, 1945 and moved to Bronx, NY in 1967 and worked as a seamstress for many years. Her husband Honorio "Fernando" Hernandez, parents Felipe "Nery" Rivera and Ramona "Moncha" Rivera, her sisters Ana Jimenez, Magdalena Rodriguez, Aurea Arce and her oldest sister Marina Gonzalez as well as her only son Ernesto "Papo" Perez all passed before her. She is survived by her daughters Eunice Muniz, Diana Molina and Ivette Diaz, 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren as well as her siblings Felipe Rivera, Jr., Elba Portalatin and Agar Rodriguez. Nilda was a true warrior in life, loved helping others and will be missed by many.  The family will receive friends 9:00AM, Saturday, March 14, 2026 with a Funeral at 10:00AM followed by reception at 11:00AM all at Lohman Funeral Home, Deltona Chapel, 1681 Providence Blvd., Deltona, Florida. The burial will follow at 12:00PM.
