Daytona Beach
Our dearest Nick died on February 22, 2022. He was born October 13, 1989, in the borough of Queens, New York City. Nick's mother Betzaida Rosa and Father David Negron are both of Puerto Rican descent. For many years, Nick and his mother lived in the building owned by his maternal grandparents. Nick spent a significant part of his early years surrounded by his extended family. Growing up, Nick was often cared for by his grandparents Narciso and Marta Morales. At their home, he played with uncles Narciso "Cisito" Morales, Javier "Javie" Morales and aunt Marta
"Mimita" Morales who were just a few years older. During his time in elementary school at PS 68 in Queens, Nick liked art class. He colored and
even produced a painting which still hangs in his parents' home. He enjoyed swimming and playing handball. Summer vacation often found Nick traveling with his grandparents to their native Puerto Rico. In 2004, the family moved to Florida settling in the Orlando area. In the intervening years before his untimely death, Nick obtained a GED diploma as well as vocational certifications in dry wall installation. In 2018, Nick moved to the Daytona area where he found employment as a landscaper. Nick's interests included, music, cooking, body building and dressing fashionably.
