Nellie H. Riffenburg, 85, a resident of Port Orange, Florida passed away at her home on Thursday, June 14, 2018. Nellie was born to John and Florence Roche in Detroit Michigan on February 1, 1933.  She moved to Florida with her husband Charles in 1982 and worked at Halifax Hospital for 15 years before her retirement. Nellie was an avid bingo player and was active in the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post 3282. Nellie was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 48 years, Charles. Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory include; her 4 daughters; Nancy, Karen Barbara, and Bonnie, her son Charles Jr., her brother, James Roche, her 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 19 at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona beginning at 1pm. Burial will follow at Daytona Memorial Park.
