Funeral services for Ned R. Kilgore age 98 who passed away Thursday Nov. 25th at Fl Hospital-Ormond Memorial will be Wed. Dec. 1st at 11am in the chapel at Lohman Daytona Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Daytona Memorial Park. Mr. Kilgore was born on Feb 14 1906 to John and Charlie Kilgore in Palmersville TN. He worked as a chief draftsman at General Motors for 28 years in Rochester NY before retiring to Ashville NC. He later moved to this area in 1979. He was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and was preceded in death by his loving wife Myrtie Lee and son Eugene. He is survived by his son Paul Kilgore of Cleveland TN and his daughter Helen Jacome of Port Orange FL; his brother Max Kilgore of GA his sister Annabelle Henderson of TN four grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
