Nancy Snead, 72 of Ormond Beach, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at The Lynmoore at Lawnwood Assisted Living in Ft. Pierce, FL
A "Service of Remembrance" officiated by Chaplain Mark Spivey, will be celebrated on Friday, January 27th Lohman Funeral Home; 733 W. Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach at 3PM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
Nancy was born August 10, 1944 in Binghamton, NY and moved to Ormond Beach, FL when just a child. She was a graduate of Mainland High School and Daytona Cosmetology School.
Nancy cherished her many years as a Beautician at "K's House of Charm", where she created great friends and an extended family! She enjoyed horseback riding, spending time with her family chasing lobster and fishing in the Bahamas and Florida Keys, and walking her dogs! She always enjoyed spending one on one time with her only Grandson, Parker Snead.
Nancy is survived by her sons, Vincent P. Snead II of Jupiter, FL, and Jason Snead of Daytona Beach, one grandson, Parker Snead, one brother, Larry Knapp of Daytona Beach, and two sisters, Pat Cockrill, Ormond Beach and Tiffany Knapp, Brentwood, CA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Vincent Snead in 2016.
