Nancy was born in Catania, Sicily in 1923 and came to USA when she was 8yrs old with her brother Tommy 6 yrs old and her mother Angelina. They were only coming for a visit with their father Nunzio Fazio to Cleveland, Ohio then they were going back to Sicily when his business was finished. But then Nancy's younger brother Santo was born and they stayed in Cleveland, Ohio.

Nancy was a nurse and a spy for the FBI during World War II when she worked as a nurse in a Defense Plant. Because she was the plant nurse and spoke Italian she could listen for any saboteurs who could cause problems in the factory.

After the war she met Carl L Lupica through his younger sister Josephine Lupica. They fell in Love and Married in November 1947. Josephine Lupica fell in love with Nancy's younger brother Santo and they married 5 years later in 1951.

They all moved to Florida with mother Angelina in 1956. Santo and Josephine have 5 children, daughter Maria Fazio Dixon her son Ernie and grandson Seth. Son Nunzio Fazio, Daughter Joanne Fazio Call husband Alan and daughters Angela, Gabrielle and Regina Call. Sons Thomas and Santo Fazio Jr.

Ma's life was for her family and all those she adopted into it. Her heart was filled with love for God and family. She shared her love, her love of Jesus and always a hot meal with all who her crossed her path. Known to feed anyone who might be hungry or full she'd say "manga, manga!" Eat, eat in Italian.

This family has always been a very closely knit family. Nancy was the Peacemaker and the one everyone turned to for guidance. She was a very loving and caring woman who by example lead people who didn't have any faith into a relationship with The Lord. She would pray anywhere and with everyone who needed her help, which she always said it was Jesus who really did the helping.
