Nancy A. Becker 72 of Daytona Beach FL passed away on April 20 2010. She was born on November 13 1937 in Philadelphia PA and raised four children. Later in life Nancy obtained a degree in Business Management which led to a successful 20-year career as a manager with Sears Holdings Corporation (formerly K-Mart). After the death of her daughter Donna Marie Crace she raised her granddaughter Desiree along with her late long-time significant other Stanley "Rocky" Yankowski as if she were their own. She had a love for animals and her home was never without them. Nancy was an avid reader and those who knew her could never resist her gourmet cooking! In her younger years she also enjoyed deep sea fishing and horseback riding. Nancy will be remembered most for her generosity compassion and strength. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her. She is survived by her children James Henry and Nancy; brothers Jerry Joe Bill Johnny Pat and Evelyn "Sis"; grandchildren Desiree Derek Giselle Chris Jennifer Joy Tamara Ann Tracy Kelly James Christopher as well as three great-grandchildren. In addition to her daughter and significant other she was preceded in death by her brother Robert and sister Peggy. A memorial service will be held on Friday May 7 2010 at 4:00pm at Lohman Funeral Home 1423 Bellevue Avenue Daytona Beach FL.
