Nancy Jeanne Amico, 65, of Jacksonville, FL passed away Monday, November 19, 2018.

A visitation will be held in her honor on Friday, November 23 from 12pm till 4pm at Lohman Funeral Home in Ormond Beach, FL.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Brendans Catholic Church, Ormond by the Sea, FL at 11am on Saturday, November 24.

Nancy was born and raised on Long Island, NY. She attended Holy Family High School in Huntington, NY before attending Marist College in Poughkepsie, NY where she studied History and English. Post college she worked with Exxon Mobile, married and started a family. Nancy had two children Kevin and Kellie. Nancy managed several family owned companies while heading social and charitable organizations for the community. Nancy volunteered several hours a week to her community church where she taught religion, and later became a Eucharistic minister.  Nancy enjoyed people and after a short retirement went back to work in retail where her smile and welcoming personality brought joy to all that she encountered.

Nancy will be remembered for her caring nature, her ability to help others, her acts of selflessness and the love that she had for her family and friends.

Nancy is survived her children Kevin James Amico (36) and Kellie Ann Amico (33), her granddaughter, Brylee Lynn Shorter (11), her sisters Mary Ellen Redmond and Kathy Toth and her beloved fiancé Richard Fagan. Preceded in death by her father, LeRoy Joseph Fletcher, and her mother, Dolores Andreas Fletcher.
