Morris Jim D''''Amico age 78 passed away on March 16 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. A Navy veteran of World War II he was an avid golfer sportsman and inventor and enjoyed landscaping and gardening. Mr. D''''Amico was an industrial engineer retiring in 1984 before moving to Ormond Beach from Syracuse New York.

He was preceded in death by his sister Josephine Bartolo and is survived by his wife Marie Child D''''Amico; two sons Dr. James M. D''''Amico of Tampa Florida and Mark F. D''''Amico of Vermont; three brothers: Dominick D''''Amico of Syracuse New York; James D''''Amico of Liverpool New York and Anthony D''''Amico of Lake Placid Florida; two stepsons Randy and Darin Child both of Port Orange; three stepdaughters Kristine Wolfe of Palm Coast Jodi Link of Port Orange and Judi Douphin of Holly Hill; two grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.

The family requests that donations be made to Prince of Peace Catholic Church 600 S. Nova Road Ormond Beach FL 32174 or the American Cancer Society 146 Orange Avenue Daytona Beach FL 32114.

Funeral services will be held in Syracuse New York.
