Mitchell Stanley (Mitch) Jones, age 61, of Deland, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017. He was born on February 5, 1955, in Deland to the late Mitchell and Tiny Madge (McLendon) Jones. He was a self employed electrician and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Mr. Jones is survived by his sister, Georgia Ann Rainey, of Deland: his brothers' and their spouses , Robert K Jones and Penny Pearson, of Deland and John M. Jones and Debbie Nelson of Baton Rouge , LA., his sister-in-law, Wanda Jones of Jacksonville and also his ex-wife, Nancy Saul.

An informal memorial service will be conducted a later date.

Arrangements are under the care of Lohman Funeral Home-Deland.
