Obituary

Minerva Anne Ore 85 passed away at her residence on February 22 2011.
Minerva Ore was born on March 2 1925 in Fennimore Wisconsin to the late Ora Glenn and Velma Fry. She was raised in Wisconsin on a dairy farm. She met her husband of 50 years on a blind date just before he went to serve in the US Navy in the South Pacific during WWII.
After helping put her children through college she then entered the Nursing Program in her late 40's and became an RN working until she retired. She loved helping others and always put other people before herself.
She was a member of Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church in Palm Coast.
She loved sewing crocheting knitting baking owl statues and cats.
Survivors include her son Vere "Bud" (Emily) of Palm Coast FL; daughter Sandra (James) Noland of Lufkin TX; brother Glenn Fry of Wisconsin; Three grandsons Joshua Evan and Hayden all of Palm Coast.
She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years Vere Sr. who passed away in May 1996. She was also predeceased by her two sisters Viola Loney and Gladys Baebel.
Memorial Donations may be made in her memory to Shepherd of the Coast Lutheran Church 101 Pine Lakes Parkway Palm Coast FL 32137.
