Mildred Esther Meadows age 98 of Holly Hill was called by God to her heavenly rewards on Tuesday September 1 2009. A Funeral service in her honor will be held Friday September 4 2009; 11:00 AM at the Daytona Chapel of the Lohman Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Wealand officiating. Interment will follow at Daytona Memorial Park. The visitation will be Today 9/3/09 5-7:00 PM.

Mildred was born in Frankford Indiana to Ora and Emma Appenzellar. She spent her life in dedication to her family as a devoted wife mother and grandmother. She was a proud member of Union Congregational Church in Holly Hill and dedicated her talents to them as a Sunday School Teacher Fellowship Treasurer and choir member. She was a talented Artist extraordinary seamstress and wonderful cook. She painted gardened ironed made all the cloths for her grandchildren and will best be remembered for her loving dedication to Sunday dinners.
Her beloved husband Lewis 2 sisters 2 sons-in-law and her parents preceded her in death and she leaves behind to cherish her memory her broken hearted daughters; Mary Margaret Franklin and Barbara Simpson 5 grandchildren; Mark Oler (Dee Bishop) Michael (Cathi) Oler Margaret (John) Stumberger Melinda (Norman) Ferris and Matthew (Lisa) Simpson a brother William Ralph (Juanita) Appenzellar 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren and many dear nieces nephews and friends.
