Michael Stavris Sr. of Palm Coast passed away on December 12 2010. A Memorial Gathering will be held on December 29 2010 from 4pm until 6pm at Lohman Funeral Home Palm Coast 220 Palm Coast Pkwy. The Memorial Service will take place at 6pm. Michael was born in Manhattan NY and lived for several years in Old Bridge N.J. before settling into Palm Coast in 1992. Michael attended John J. Community College NY and was a retired Civil Servant. Michael will be remembered for his love and concern of others as well as his friends and family. He also loved spending time shopping with his wife fishing and watching football. He was a devoted husband and father. Michael volunteered every year at the Old Kings Elementary school as the featured Santa. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Elvira and 2 brothers Carl and Harry. He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years Beverly of Palm Coast Fl; 2 sons Michael G. Stavris II and Douglas Stavris of Palm Coast Fl; 1 daughter Marirose Sparber of Colts Neck NJ; 1 brother Stephen Stavris of California.
