Services for Mr. Michael S. Marz 52 of Ormond Beach who died on September 29 2010 at his residence will be held on Friday October 15 2010 at 11AM at Prince of Peace Church in Ormond Beach. Mr. Marz was born in Mineola NY on January 27 1958. He graduated from Oyster Bay High School in 1976 and moved to Florida in 1979. Mr. Marz called Ormond Beach FL home for the last 22 years.

Michael more commonly known as "Mike the Plumber" throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties and beyond was a people person through and through. He was always willing to lend a hand and never met a stranger'. Mike enjoyed being outside and was an avid golfer with the Hole in One plaques to prove it. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and football; always adorned in his Buffalo Bills attire. Mike had a love of classic American muscle cars and Harley Davidson. He enjoyed fishing for both fresh and saltwater fish. Mike leaves behind many family members and friends and will be missed by all. Survivors include: Wife Stephanie; Children Heather Marissa and Michael; Grandchildren Michael Austin and Lily; Mother Joy Flower; Sister Jo-Anne Swieger; Brothers Paul Gary and George Marz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
