Michael D. Maddox, a loving father, brother and son, passed away quietly at his home in Los Angeles, California on December 8, 2013 after a brave fight with cancer.

Born in Florida, he attended school in Volusia County until attending Morehouse College. He then headed to California to pursue a very successful career as a top fashion show producer/runway instructor/model scout for LA Models and Wilhelmina Models, amongst others.

He is predeceased by his father, Frank Maddox, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Glorious Maddox; father, Abraham Alexander; son, Brandon Rice; brother, Patrick Alexander; and three sisters, Valeria Swinton, Linda Jackson, and Francenia Barrs.

Michael's loving personality and warm heart will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A memorial service will take place on December 20, 2013 at Lohman Funeral Home in Ormond Beach, Florida at 11:00 a.m.
