Michael R. Lopez, 70, passed away June 20, 2013. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 4:00 P.M at Lohman Funeral Home Daytona, 1423 Bellevue Ave, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

Michael served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and retired honorably after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Michael enjoyed boating and sports cars, but most of all he was known as a wonderful husband and loving father.

Michael was the beloved husband of Magdalene Lopez for 48 years; loving father of Susanne (Paul) Squires, Diane Fischer, Carol (Kevin) Rafferty; and caring grandfather of Sarah and Jennifer Squires.
