Mendel Bindman, 90, of Palm Coast, Florida passed away Monday, March 4, 2024. He was born on August 24, 1933 in Riga, Latvia.
Mendel is survived by his wife, Raisa Bindman; daughter, Irina Khrakovskaya; son, Arkady Bindman (wife, Viktoriya Levitskaya); brother, Michael Bindman; brother, Pavlik Bindman; brother, Liova Bindman; and other extended family and friends.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
