Maurice Francis "Pete" Curry, Jr. was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on March 14, 1946 to Maurice Francis Curry, Sr. and Anna Ware Curry, the youngest of four siblings. Pete was a graduate of Bossier High School, Bossier City, LA, and Florida State University. Prior to retirement he worked in the areas of finance and insurance. An avid, lifelong golfer, Pete played on high school and collegiate teams, PGA Pro-Ams and amateur events. Pete passed from this world on Monday, July 24, 2017, and is survived by his wife of fifty years, Marsha, and his son Joshua, of Austin, Texas. Pete will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
