Maude C. Williams passed away peacefully at home on July 14th 2026. She was born on July 8th, 1935 in Ocracoke North Carolina and spent her school years in Philadelphia PA. Upon graduation from The Philadelphia High School for Girls she began her career in banking at First Pennsylvania Bank – first in the loan department, then as a secretary. She moved to Honolulu, Hawaii in 1968 and continued her banking career at First Hawaiian Bank where she retired as a Vice President in 2000. Throughout her life she traveled often - to the US, Canada, Europe, Holland and Australia. She took several adventurous hiking trips and enjoyed the outdoors and her beloved Hawaii. After retirement she volunteered at the Army Museum in Waikiki where she loved to organize photos and used her sewing skills to mend the uniforms on display. She moved to Florida in 2020 to be near family but was homesick for Hawaii every day. She made many dear friends along the way and her strong spirit will be missed. She is survived by her sister Phyllis Neviaser (Jules) of South Daytona. Services will be private and at a later date.
