Matthew Daniel Caccavale, 7 minutes old, of Port Orange, FL passed away peacefully on January 13, 2015 at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, FL. Matthew was born on January 13, 2015 in Daytona Beach, FL to Jessica Ginder and Kevin Caccavale of Port Orange.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday January 17, 2015 in the Chapel at Lohman Funeral Home, Daytona. Interment will follow in Daytona Memorial Park.

He is survived by his parents as well as his brother Waylynn Levi Caccavale of Port Orange; maternal grandparents, Gena and Ricky Ginder of Port Orange; Paternal grandmother, Kelly Caccavale of Port Orange; Paternal Great-Grandmother, Dale Caccavale of Port Orange and Betty and Michael Ajay of South Daytona.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Wayne Caccavale; his Maternal great grandparents, Noel and Joanne Ginder and Danny and Jean Crowder; and his paternal great-grandfather, Charlie Caccavale.
