Obituary

Matthew Billiter was born on June 10, 1998 in Daytona Beach, FL. He went Home to Jesus on April 13, 2026 in South Daytona, FL.

Matthew grew up surrounded by his family whom he loved very much. Matthew had a great, dry sense of humor. He was patriotic, loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle, playing video games, going to the gun range, and traveling. Matthew loved fireworks and he would put on the best fireworks displays for his family and friends on the 4th of July. Matthew was very proud of the moving business he started at the age of 22, "Senior Moving Specialists". He felt honored to assist seniors with moving from their homes to Assisted Living communities. He loved hearing the stories they would tell him about their lives and the history and meaning behind many of the cherished items that he packed for them.

Matthew had a big heart and enjoyed helping others, whether it was buying a meal for someone in need, giving advice, or simply holding a door for someone.

Matthew looked to God for hope and strength. He read his Bible often and always kept it on his nightstand, and he never took off his gold cross necklace. Matthew left us too soon, but he is in heaven with the Lord, happy and smiling and reunited with his loved ones that went to heaven before him.

Matthew was preceded in death by his uncle, Liston Bennett and his grandparents, John Bennett and Anna Billiter, whom he loved so very much.

Matthew is survived by his father, Douglas Billiter. Mother, Katherine (Bennett) Rebholz, younger sister, Megan Billiter, and stepfather, Ronald Rebholz. Grandmother, Virginia Bennett. Grandfather, Terry Billiter. Aunt and Uncle, Cait and Mike Bennett, cousins Christina, Sophia, Isabella, and Roman. Aunt and Uncle, Ginger and John Bennett, cousins Taylor and Emma. Aunt and Uncle Debbie and Terry Billiter, cousins Terry and Traci. Aunt and Uncle Janet and Randy Billiter, cousins Jim and John.

Matthew will forever live in our hearts, and we will all be reunited with him someday.
